HISTORY OF THE ASSOCIATION "Vincennes en Anciennes".

The first collection of old cars in Paris on the Esplanade of St. Louis du Chateau de Vincennes took place in 1986, it was an informal meeting.
The meeting was held on the initiative of Jacques Michel Lemoine, motorist and former president of the club "403 cabriolet".
Jacques Lemoine became the first president of the Association "Vincennes en Anciennes", established on November 20, 1998.
"Old Vincennes" at that time consisted of 180 members representing about 350 vintage cars.
Currently, it already has a little more than 600 members and a fleet of about 2,000 vehicles.

Since then, the event was held on the first Sunday of every month until November 1998.
Now the parade of cars "La Traversée de Paris" takes place every year on the first Sunday in January and on the first Sunday in August.

To date, "Old Vincennes" is the first multi-brand association of France and is affiliated to the French Federation of vintage vehicles.
Association management:
President - Michel Romanet-Perru
