Vladimir Ovtcharov
Born in 1963 in Sofia, Bulgaria.
He graduated from high school of applied arts,
in 1989 the National Academy of Fine Arts.
At 22, he met his wife, Daniela,
that changed not only his social position, but also the direction of his work.
